the Best Hummus Ever!!
Hummus is most Definitely one of my all time faves!! So easy to make and soooo healthy!! You can eat it with just About anything and it tastes sooo goooood!! ππ in this video, i share my go to recipe! I received ππ from my father (hes greek) and my hubs and kiddo love it, too!!

To make this delicious hummus recipe you’ll need the following:
ingredients:
1 can of garbanzo beans or chickpeas
1-2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped
1 large lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
1/4 cup of tahini
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
2 tablespoons of water or Chickpea juice, aquafaba (use only if needed)
dash of paprika for garnish
To prepare:
add lemon juice and tahini into the bowl of your food processor. blend ingredients for about a minute. scrape the sides of your processor bowl and carefully lift blade and scrape bottom of bowl and replace blade. process again for 30 seconds to allow the mixture to finish blending and get nice and airy. next, add in the chopped garlic, avocado oil, cumin, and salt and mix for 1 full minute, pausing half way through to scrape any bits that slide up the side and beneath the blade. next, strain (save the juice) and rinse your chickpeas and add 1/2 of the can to your mixture in bowl and process for 1 minute. scrape down the sides and bottom of bowl and add remaining chickpeas to bowl, mixing for final 2 minutes. Mixture should be nice and smooth and super delicious!! If you feel it is a little dry, you can add some water or aquafaba to the mixture and blend again for a minute.
Create your own crudite:
chop up celery, carrots, bell pepper or other favorite veggies and serve with your hummus. You can also eat with pita and/or make a sandwich using your hummus!!
